Ephesians 4:29 in the Message says, “Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth. Say only what helps, each word a gift.”
Woah, really?
This is huge! Thinking of our words as gifts is a powerful concept.
This verse tells us that what we choose to say matters!
We can bless someone with our words… or we can tear someone down.
We can encourage another… or deflate them.
We have the ability to affirm… or offend.
Sisters, are your words… gifts?
I VIDEO-BLOGGED about this concept HERE:
Every time you open your mouth, you get to choose the words that come out.
Will you choose wisely?

What a blast to get to watch you!! Loved it. Thank you for this challenge to filter my words. It is amazing the things we say to our kids (or spouse) that we would never to say to another. This is a great practical step I can take in guarding my mouth. Thank you Carey.
