Well… I did it. I got off my rear end and took a step of faith. It may seem like no big deal to you, but it is to me. I registered for the She Speaks conference on the East coast. It’s the premier speaker/writer training ground and it is costly!
I’ve been toying around with going for years now, but have never just taken that step. Well… I did it.
The cost of the conference and hotel and flight will be well over what I’d like to spend… but I can’t ever remember a time that God called me to do something easy or comfortable. Can you?
So now that my part is done… it’s God’s turn. I trust that He will provide the funding for me to go. I just know He will. Maybe you are reading this and feel God is calling you to help pay my way? Who knows… I just choose to believe that God won’t set me up for failure and I’m ready for Him to knock my socks off.
