That is a great question! What if you were able to…
… learn what makes you tick and what matters the most to you.
… discover what triggers the “not good enough” feelings that ruin your life.
… find the confidence you need to do what you want to do.
… understand and tame those situations that cause guilt and shame.
… learn strategies to help kick perfectionism to the curb.
… get tools to help you work through spine-weakening fears.
… spend time just talking about YOU!
These changes are possible!
And as your coach, my focus is to help you create sustainable transformation in your life.
HOW DOES COACHING DO THAT?
Coaching supports your dream – We all have a dream – something that makes our heart soar. So often we keep those dreams hidden because we are afraid of failure. Sometimes we know what we want out of life, but are stuck trying to figure out how to get it. We have the “hope” … but lack the “how.” Coaching helps you unpack your dream and determine a plan of action to get it, while offering encouragement and accountability along the way. A coach supports you as your dream become reality.
Coaching helps you create fulfillment – Do you want more out of life? Are you are tired of feeling less than? Coaching helps you see your strengths and challenges more clearly so you can maximize your God-given potential. You’ll learn to identity and overcome obstacles that keep you stuck so get can live your best life.
Coaching helps you manage life better – Do you find you’re tired from doing it all? Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed or pulled in too many different directions? Creating and maintaining balance in relationships, family, personal life, physical health, and emotional and spiritual health is key to sustaining lasting balance. Coaching helps you determine priorities, identify energy-drainers, and create a plan to make life more fulfilling and manageable.
Coaching helps you live authentically – Through the coaching process, you’ll gain a better understanding of who you are and how God created you. By defining and understanding your core values and belief system, you can choose to live a life of fulfillment centered on them. Decisions become easier, behaviors make sense, life balance is achieved, and distractions are managed.
Coaching helps you navigate transitions – Life changes all the time. Some changes we choose to make and others happen without warning. Be it a career change, divorce, death of a loved one, or an empty nest, coaching helps you make choices about where you want your life to go and empowers you to take that next step.
Coaching can also help you:
- Redesign your schedule.
- Learn to say “no.”
- Find time for yourself.
- Grow your spiritual life.
- Strengthen your parenting skills.
- Become a Godly wife.
- Develop good boundaries.
- Define your life purpose.
- Set realistic goals for yourself.
What is the time commitment?
You determine the time commitment. You can continue for as long as you feel you are receiving value. Making changes takes time, and coaching helps you make lasting changes rather than finding band-aid fixes. We can discuss the possibility of month to month coaching, but I highly recommend a 4-session commitment. It includes:
- 2-4 sessions per month (weekly or every other week)
- unlimited email correspondence in between sessions
- initial intake questionnaire (completed before first session)
- pre-session information to help focus our time together
- post-session follow-up with action steps
- manageable homework and reading assignments to help you stay focused
- a personalized plan just for you
- complete confidentiality to ask or share anything you want
- … and we will have a great time together!

Where does coaching take place?
Sessions can take place in person, over the phone, or via skype.
What does the coaching session look like?
Sessions are 1-hour long. In each session, it’s my job to listen intently, provide insightful feedback, ask powerful questions, and support you in your growing process. I will challenge old, destructive thought patterns and help empower you to change your mindset. It’s your responsibility to bring the agenda, be honest, take responsibility, and do the work. My job isn’t to give you advice, because you are the expert of your own life and you have all of the answers! As your coach, I’ll work with you to uncover those answers and identify the next step towards your goal.
Is there homework?
Sometimes, but keep in mind that worksheets and reflection activities between sessions only strengthen the coaching experience. It’s my responsibility to hold you accountable for that outside work.
What is the cost and how do I pay?
Coaching is an investment in living a fulfilling and balanced life. The fee per session is $100, or a 4-pack for $360 (10% discount). All fees include our coaching time plus unlimited email access to me for short in-between questions or clarification. You can pay by Paypal, credit card, or check, but full payment is required prior to each session.
